The experience will include the following discoveries :
– Let’s start with a glass of Champagne in the vineyard lodge to understand the vineyard of Champagne, its cycles and the wine maker’s viticultural approach.
– We’ll head back to the family house and start our journey through the wine process making.
– We will then taste 3 more cuvées to understand the dosage impact.
– Out of your favorite dosage, you will disgorge a half bottle on your own, dose it, customize it with your own label and fore sure take it back home as your personal souvenir !
– Finally celebrate your full experience with a last Champagne glass of your own choice
