It is during an introductory visit that you will discover how this microscopic micro-alga is cultivated. Cultivation, harvesting, gentle pressing, drying at low temperature: these are all steps to transform Spirulina into green gold for your well-being. Your hosts will walk you through their facilities to explain their know-how.

Now it’s your turn ! Head to the laboratory for a cooking workshop
After this first part, we offer you a unique discovery workshop, a perfect opportunity to learn how to cook and consume this treasure trove of flavor and goodness, accompanied by fresh regional products. Christiane and Alain will advise and accompany you to make various dishes around Spirulina, such as hummus from Lake Chad, spangled guacamole, Japanese caviar, creamy fresh spirulina, sea-lake tartare, assorted protein truffles, creamy choco-Spiru or another aperitif cocktail. This workshop will allow you to finally have a good time, and taste these dishes in the company of your hosts in a haven of nature.
