Visiting Bordeaux and want to immerse yourself in the world of wine? Let Guadalupe, a Certified CMS Sommelier and Diploma WSET holder, guide you through and explain everything you need to know about Bordeaux wines. In a 1:30-hour tasting workshop, you will learn about the region of Bordeaux and its appellations, the different soils and wine classifications, how to read a label, winegrowing and winemaking techniques, the grapes used and the specific blends that make Bordeaux unique wines. You will taste 4 wines (tasting pour of 1 Cremant de Bordeaux, 1 White and 2 Reds) paired with 3 French cheeses. Let your senses be enlightened and discover the aromas and flavours that make Bordeaux wines so famous. Add a special option and taste 3 more Premium wines Grand Cru Classe and Classified.
