Why choose this Strasbourg tour ?

I welcome to the cellar, where we’ll start tasting our wines. We’ll watch a video explaining how Alsace wines are made. I’ll then take you on a tour of the family cellar, which dates back to 1850, to see the hundred-year-old oak barrels we still use to make our wines.

We have a scenographic area in the cellar with an immersive 180° video projected onto the barrels – the only one of its kind in France. This film is not a remake of anything you can find to date about working in the vineyard… But a film about my rather rich personal history, and my working philosophy. The whole thing is projected in the cellar, onto hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180°.

We’ll finish the tasting in our dining bar area. You can enjoy a soup, a mixed board (cheese, fish and charcuterie), an Alsatian dessert and coffee/tea. A vegetarian version is also available, but please let us know in advance.
