Meet other visitors and Parisian locals in this unique workshop, only available during the Valentine’s season! Creating a box personalized, hand-made champagne chocolate confections that you can enjoy yourself or offer as a gift to someone special is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
During this fun class of one hour and a half, you will sample our specially chosen French rosé champagne and create your very own delicious, delicate champagne chocolate bonbons using top shelf dark chocolate French champagne. Each participant will also have the option to decorate their bonbons with a variety of edible sparkling cocoa butter sprays and paints. Convert the recipe to create hand-rolled truffles as well, and wow your friends with two different confections! Take home your chocolates in an elegant Edwart gift box, to keep or offer as a gift. There are limited sessions offered and only 6 slots in each, so book your place now!
