After a pick up at your hotel in Paris, makes yourself comfortable in a cosy minivan in your way to Bayeux. Arrived at Bayeux around 11 am, and enjoy a 2 hours break to visit the downtown and have your lunch . (at your own expense). In the afternoon head off for the Normandy sites,where you will discover, on your own pace, the important places of the D-day in Normandy, like Sainte Mere Eglise, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, and American cemetery.Listen to your audio guide and get an idea of what soldiers went through during the landings while setting foot at Sainte Mere Eglise and The Pointe Du Hoc. Walk along Omaha beach with your mp3 guide and learn about the reasons why the “Bloody Omaha” isn’t just an ordinary beach.
