– By metro: take line 12 to Lamarck Caulaincourt. Take the elevator to exit the station (there are 109 steps to reach the top, you’re in Montmartre!) When you leave the station walk across the street and down the steps to the end of rue de la Fontaine du But. To your left you’ll see a pharmacist’s sign (a green cross). Walk past the pharmacist’s into rue Marcadet. My apartment building is on the corner of the next street (rue des Saules).
– By bus: take bus 80 to Lamarck- Caulaincourt- Sacré Cœur de Montmartre. Walk across rue Caulaincourt towards a little square on your right where you ‘ll see a fruit and vegetable store and a bakery. Walk down the steps between these two stores and walk down to the very end of the street (rue des Saules). My apartment building is on the corner of rue des Saules and rue Marcadet to your right.
