Private Day trip from Paris to the most beautiful sites of Champagne by Mercedes. Guided Cellars visits with Champagne tastings by Moet & Chandon and by Taittinger. We offer different Experiences Levels:
BASIC, MOST POPULAR, ADVANCED and PREMIUM. See description in the Itinerary. We visit as well the famous Reims Cathedral and Saint-Sindulphe church in Hautvillers. We make a short stop in Hautvillers at Viewpoint over Vineyards & Marne river.

07:30 Pickup from your hotel. Departure destination Champagne region. The ride takes about 2 hours (140 km) and one part of it goes along the picturesque Champagne landscapes and vineyards. One stop at a rest area will be made.

10:00 – 12:00 Arrival in Epernay. Guided tour at Moet et Chandon including the underground Cellars and tasting:
BASIC Experience “L”Imperial” up to 19 people 1,5 hours with tastings of Moët Impérial and Rosé Impérial.
MOST POPULAR Experience “SIGNATURE” with tastings of Moët Imperial et Grand Vintage.
ADVANCED Experience: GRAND VINTAGE”. Up to 10 people, 1.5 hours. 2 glasses: MOËT Grand Vintage Blanc, MOËT Grand Vintage Rose.
PREMIUM Experience: “Workshop Haute Oenologie”. Up to 6 people, 2 hours. After Cellars visit You will join the guided workshop featuring iconic Moët Imperial champagne, our unforgettable Grand Vintage Blanc matured in a magnum bottle and our new inspiration, the cuvée “Collection Impériale creation N°1”. This multi-sensorial experience enables you to live an immersive and unique session with our Haute Oenologie creation at its heart.

Moet et Chandon is the world’s biggest Champagne producer. Every second one bottle of Moet et Chandon Champagne is being opened.

12:00 – 13:30 Lunch break in Épernay. We can make a good local restaurant reservation or You can spend time of Your own. Épernay is known as the Champagne Capital of France. Located along the Marne river surrounded by the wine hills it is home of many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.
14:00 Departure to the Pressoria Museum in Ay village. It takes just 10 minutes (4 km).

13:30 – 14:00 Visit the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe d’Hautvillers. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.
Short stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river.
14:00 Departure to Reims. It takes 30 minutes (28 km)

14:30 – 16:00 Guided Cellars tour by Taittinger with tasting at the end. By BASIC and MOST POPULAR Options it is L’Instin Rosé Experience with 2 glasses of our signature wines: the Brut Reserve and the Prestige Rosé.
By ADVANCED and PREMIUM Options it is L’Instin Gourmet Experience with tasting of 3 of our best cuvées : Brut Réserve, Prélude Grands Crus and Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs.

16:00 Departure to Reims Cathedral. It takes 10 minutes (2,3 km).

16:15 – 16:45 Self-guided visit at the Reims Cathedral where most of the French kings were crowned.
16:45 Departure to Paris. It takes 2,5 hours (144 km).

19.30 Coming back to Paris and Drop off at Your hotel.
