Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists.
14:00 Departure to Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. It takes 15 minutes (7 km).
14:15 – 15:45 Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte. Guided tour though the Cellars made by the local staff gives You great insight into the history and Champagne production method. Tasting of 3 glasses of Champagne completes this experience.
15:45 Departure to Hautvillers. It takes 20 minute (12 km).
16:00 – 16:30 Hautvillers. Visit the Abbey’s Church of Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d’Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne.
