Sylki is a very young polyfermentation workshop in Paris (Metro Nationale, line 6) in which fermented drinks (beers, kefirs, kombucha) are made from organic ingredients. It is a place of exchange and experimentation around fermentation opened for 3 months. Pierre, Achille and Paul welcome you from Tuesday to Saturday evening in the 13th.
