- Per Eiffel Tower rules, if you upgrade your tour to see the summit, Eiffel Tower staff requires you to go straight to the summit as soon as you reach the second floor. You’ll still be able to explore both the first and second floors on your own after the summit if you choose.
- IDs showing proof of age required for child/infant ticket purchasers.
- Summit access may be subject to last minute closures according to safety measures at the Eiffel Tower. In the case of closure of the Summit, the portion of your tour price for the upgrade will be refunded.
- Take our Paris shuttle after your tour for convenient transportation, included with your tour.
- There are no storage lockers at the Eiffel Tower. If you bring a foldable stroller you will be responsible for carrying it up the stairs. Large luggage will not be allowed through security.
- Seine River cruise tickets included ONLY IF option chosen at checkout. You MUST arrive on time for your tour in order to receive your boat tickets as they are distributed during check in. Tickets are valid for a year and can be used at any time following your Eiffel Tower tour.
- The company charters a shuttle to provide convenient transportation to the Eiffel Tower. You can take the shuttle if you’re registered for this tour. The shuttle runs daily.

The meeting point is OUTSIDE of the South Security Entrance (or Entrance #1) on the dirt path named: Allée des Refuzniks. It is lined with trees and benches and if you are facing the river, the Eiffel Tower should be on your right. Do NOT go through any security checks.
Look for our tour coordinators at the meeting point wearing orange hats and holding orange signs with “ExperienceFirst” printed on them.
The coordinator will check you in and assign your guide. Your vouchers are not tickets.

This tour doesn’t include skipping the line. Your guide will purchase the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time to purchase tickets can be up to two hours, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together.
