Itinerary
Day 1: The Minervois and the Canal du Midi
Stop At: Chateau de Paraza, 1 rue du Viala, 11200 Paraza France
Accompanied by Hugo, your guide, you will set off, by electric bike, in the middle of vineyards and olive trees between the Canal du Midi and the vineyard. The visit ends with a tasting discovered at the Château de Paraza, residence of Paul RIQUET during the construction of the Canal du Midi.

Stop At: Maison des Vins du Minervois, 35 quai des Tonneliers, 11200 Homps France
MasterClass at the Vignerons du Minervois cellar.
In an old cellar on the port of Homps, take part in a tasting presentation of each terroir of the Minervois appellation. After this presentation, the Minervois will have no more secrets for you.

• Lunch: Picnic organized by the Chateau de PARAZA on the banks of the Canal du Midi
• Dinner: Restaurant Les Tonneliers, a wine table on the banks of the Canal du Midi in the heart of the Minervois

Day 2: Discovering the treasures of Minervois
Stop At: Le Mas d’Antonin, 22 rue Alfred Delpy Les Pailhes, 11120 Argeliers France
Olive Oil Tasting
With Elena, take a tour of the oil mill and olive groves in Argeliers. Taste the production of the farmhouse and end the morning with a picnic in the olive trees.

Stop At: Chateau Cabezac, 16 Hameau de Cabezac, 11120 Bize-Minervois France
Visit the cellar of Château de Cabezac and enjoy a tasting of the estate’s vintages.
