French Apéro: The Art of Food and Wine Pairing

A variety of wine places The program might include: a shabby family restaurant, a trendy French Brasserie, an improvisational bar without a menu, where they drink directly on the barrels, and even a church with a secret bar in the backyard. At the end we'll settle for a small picnic on a beach. A variety of flavors I will tell you how to combine food and wine so that their flavors complement each other perfectly. We will try different combinations I have selected: classic and experimental. Are you ready to expand your gastronomic boundaries? ⦿ Educational experience that will change your approach to wine tasting; ⦿ Iconic French wines, elaborated dishes and local specialties (minimum 4 pairings); ⦿ Pre-selected restaurants with pre-selected tastings; ⦿ A small picnic at sunset (* subject to weather conditions); ⦿ This is a small group experience (6 people maximum) with a possibility to upgrade to a private tour;

We'll meet at the Place Garibaldi by the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi and I will tell you about "the birth of Nice"

We'll go to pre-selected restaurants to taste their best wine and food combinations.

We'll stroll around the nocturnal (* seasonal option) market and check out the view on the Bellanda Tower and the Castle Hill.

Then we'll settle on the beach for a little picnic to enjoy the sunset * subject to the weather conditions
