French Apéro is not so much about eating and drinking, but about taking pleasure from tasting; also about enjoying nice company and gossiping. Book this small-group tour with a guide, who is a global foody, to have an engaging and educational French Apéro experience. ⦿ Learning the best wine-tasting techniques that will take your wine tasting experience to a totally new level; ⦿ Understanding the culture of pairing wines and food while tastings iconic French wines, elaborated dishes and local specialties (minimum 4 pairings); ⦿ Pre-selected restaurants with pre-selected tastings; ⦿ Laughing about some local legends and gossips; ⦿ View points located off the main touristic path ⦿ A small picnic at sunset (* subject to weather conditions); ⦿ This is a small group experience (6 people maximum) with a possibility to upgrade to a private tour;

We'll meet at the Place Garibaldi by the statue of Giuseppe Garibaldi and I will tell you about "the birth of Nice"

We'll go to pre-selected restaurants to taste their best wine and food combinations. While moving from place to place you will also hear some stories from the history of Nice.

We'll stroll around the nocturnal (* seasonal option) market and check out the view on the Bellanda Tower and the Castle Hill.

Then we'll settle on the beach for a little picnic to enjoy the sunset * subject to the weather conditions
