As we walk through the narrow streets, you will be drawn to the village's distinct charm and historical significance. Our first stop will be the iconic Barbarossa Tower, commemorating the village's rich history and providing panoramic views. We will also visit the stunning Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption, a symbol of the village's rich cultural and religious heritage, which will pique your interest and leave you wanting to learn more.

10:30 a.m. – 13:00 p.m. Wine Tasting Experience at Domaine de Bouïs We will visit the famous Château le Bouïs vineyard in the commune of Gruissan. This estate includes 35 hectares of the exceptional terroir of La Clape, a Natura 2000 site. The tasting cellar, carved into the Massif de la Clape, transports you to the heart of the vineyard, offering the perfect combination of wine and art.
