You will be picked up at 9am on the Esplanade de l’Europe in Montpellier by minivan and drive north into the picturesque countryside of the Languedoc. You’ll start by the visit of a family-owned olive farm and its 16th century mill, where the owners have passed down their savoir faire from generation to generation. Taste their delicious products: olives, olive oils, vinegars…
Back to the minivan, drive through the vineyards and olive groves to a traditional wine estate and learn everything about the production, vinification and tasting of wine in the Languedoc region. The visit will end with a tasting of a variety of wines.
The return to Montpellier is planned around 12.30pm
