Starting in the morning or in the afternoon, push the door of a cellar and observe the incredible Enclos, an enormous, open air cellar. Succumb to the scents of plants and spices from all over the world in the Herboristerie and then learn about the famous “dodinage” (mixing) technique. You will be seduced by the various flavors of wood, herbs and spices, and the cellar master will tell you more about the production history.
