Entering the heart of the brand new Caves Richemer site, you will discover the backstage of this cooperative founded in 1934 on the shores of the Thau Lagoon. With a circular architecture, this cellar is unique in Europe. Indeed, it has a fun and interactive course. Much more than a simple visit, you understand what led 200 winegrowers to unite around this titanic project. A film traces the history of Caves Richemer through past and present generations. The vinification of white and rosé wines will have no secrets for you. From the arrival of the grape to its packaging, you observe all the production in real time. The visit ends with a friendly tasting of Richemer wines. Before joining the store, a surprise awaits you in the aging cellar.
