During your visit to our cellar, you will learn the secrets of wine making, while contemplating the natural spaces where ZEYSSOLFF wines are born and aged. A commented tasting of 5 wines and a picnic basket will complete the formula.
Maison ZEYSSOLFF is an exceptional cellar, with around twenty century-old oak casks each with a capacity of 10,000L. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900) and still in use today.
This year, following the full biological conversion of Maison Zeyssolff, we have renovated the cellar and are taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity: a scenographic space with 180 ° immersive video projected on barrels.
It’s a film about Our rather rich personal history, and Our philosophy of work. All projected in the cellar with mapping on certain sequences. The sound work allows the public to find themselves in total immersion in Our history.
At the end of the tasting, a picnic basket will be given to you with some ideas for walks.
