2, 3 or 4 Gourmets, take a part in an exclusive full day (10 am/4pm) food experiences, discovering the last authentic gastronomy. Use a traditional method to make you becoming a true connoisseur. Program that we usually develop in 4 to 14 days following these steps:
How to look at carefully, listen, smell, touch or taste and recognize authentic artisan products?
Which ones to taste and how? Where to buy them and how? Who still uses this ancestral know-how and why? How to feel the fullness and importance of the art of living?
For this day, you will live a kind of “introduction” to this program.
Towards the countryside of the 3 musketeers, you will discover Gascony cooking and taste the only one pure brandy of wine in the world, the Armagnac! Depending on the calendar, different winegrowers will wait us for a Gascony wine tasting + taste the flavors of a traditional farmer (foie gras, local cooked dishes). After we’ll have lunch in a typical restaurant. Then, winegrowers will welcome us again. Finally, we’ll go to two of the best producers of Armagnac in the world, for a tasting + other secret drinks to try!
