Itinerary
Day 1: WELCOME TO CHAMONIX
Pass By: Chamonix, Chamonix, Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes
Welcome to Chamonix! Here we are at the bottom of Mont Blanc, the highest peak of the Alps.
We meet at the Hotel La Pointe Isabelle with our local guide and our new travel companions.
We have the opportunity to get to know each other better this evening, during the welcome dinner.
Local gastronomic excellences always bring everyone together!

Day 2: WILDLIFE VIEWING
Stop At: Chamonix, Chamonix, Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes
This first morning we have some free time to discover the landscape around us.
There is no better way to start your snow week than with skis on: the ski area of Chamonix offers an incredible variety of skilifts and slopes suitable for all levels. Try them all!
In the afternoon we get in close contact with nature: let’s go to discover the local wildlife during our Wildlife Viewing Experience. Together with an expert local guide who knows the best observation points in the area we go searching for chamois, ibex and marmots.

Day 3: AIGUILLE DU MIDI
Stop At: 100 Place de l Aiguille du Midi Mont Blanc, 74400, Chamonix France
Today we’re heading to the Aiguille du Midi massif.
We take a cable car ride to reach the top of one of the most emblematic mountains in the Alps, at 3.842 meters high. A record-breaking excursion: we are at the highest altitude in Western Europe!
It is the perfect location to take an unforgettable souvenir photo: in the background you can see the panoramic view of the French, Swiss and Italian Alps.
For the more adventurous, the opportunity to experience the “Step into the Void”: a five-sided glass box suspended 1000 meters above the peaks!

Day 4: FREE SNOW DAY

Another free day in the white setting of the Chamonix valley.
After a descent on the slopes and a hike in the snow, we need to recharge our batteries. Nothing better than a regenerating SPA moment: wellbeing is a must-have on vacation!

Day 5: MER DE GLACE
Stop At: Grand Balcon Nord : Plan de l’Aiguille du Midi – Montenvers, 74400, Chamonix France
This morning we have an appointment: the train is waiting for us!
We get on board of the iconic red train directed to Montenvers, 1.913 meters high.
From here we can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Mer de Glace glacier, located on the north side of the Mont Blanc massif. We can also admire the granite peaks of Grandes Jorasses and the peaks known as Les Drus.
Depending on the weather conditions, it is possible to visit the Ice Cave and the Glaciorium, a museum dedicated to glaciology.

Day 6: SNOWSHOE WALK UNDER THE STARS
Stop At: Chamonix, Chamonix, Haute-Savoie, Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes
This morning we enjoy some free time skiing, walking through the center of Chamonix, exploring the surrounding towns.
At sunset we take a short snowshoe hike in the snow to reach our destination for the evening: a high mountain chalet in a warm atmosphere. Here we can enjoy time dedicated to local gastronomic excellence.
After dinner we put on our snowshoes again for our last walk under the stars.

Day 7: GOODBYE CHAMONIX

Last day in the winter landscape of Chamonix.
We say goodbye to our new travel companions and our guide, with whom we shared this fantastic journey.
