What to Expect When Visiting Caen, Normandy, France

Start your day with a train ride from Paris Gare St. Lazare to Caen. After meeting your guide at the rail station you’ll experience a guided tour of the Memorial de Caen Museum to learn about D-Day and Normandy under the German occupation. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy a three-course lunch at the museum.
Next, you are off to experience the American highlights of the D-Day invasion. You’ll see the remains of the artificial harbor at Arromanches, the cliffs at Pointe du Hoc, and finally you’ll visit the awe inspiring American cemetery at Colleville-Sur-Mer and Omaha Beach.
You’ll be dropped off back at the Caen rail station in time for your evening train back to Paris.
