We allow a 5-minute grace period for any unforeseen delays. Tour Locations: - For e-bike tours, the starting point is at our e-bike shop in the vibrant Chartrons district. It's easily accessible by tram, with the nearest stop being "Croix de Seguey" on Tram Line D. From there, it’s just a 3-minute walk (approximately 250 meters) to our location. Refund Policy: As a small business, we are unable to provide refunds if you arrive late or cannot attend the tour. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Essential Details: - Minimum Height Requirement: The minimum height for participants is 150 cm (5 feet). If you do not meet this requirement, your reservation may be canceled without a refund. - Physical Fitness: You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should be in good health. Expect to cycle approximately 12 kilometers over 3 hours. - Sustainability: In line with our commitment to being plastic-free, we do not provide plastic water bottles.
