Based in the royal city of BLOIS, we welcome you to our charming 19th century Maison Bourgeoise for a journey back in time. Our accommodation (French breakfast included) is the central point from where we will stroll around.

Day 1: Blois
Stop At: Chateau Royal de Blois, 6 Place du Chateau, 41000, Blois France
Visit of the Royal Castle of Blois and its 4 different styles (Medieval, Gothic, Renaissance and Classical)! The Kings of France lived here for 250 years… our guides explain why!

Stop At: Chateau de Chambord, le Chateau, 41250, Chambord France
Visit of the Grand Castle, a 500 year old hunting lodge! 440 rooms, 282 chimeys, 82 staircases, this temple of power houses 4500 pieces of art! The masterpiece, of course, is the DOUBLE HELIX staircase designed by Leonardo Da Vinci himself!

Stop At: Cheverny, Cheverny, Loir-et-Cher, Centre-Val de Loire
Wine tasting in Cheverny: taste the king’s wine! Indeed, you can taste local grape varieties, such as Sauvignon Blanc, but you can also try a very rare grape variety, known as ROMORANTIN, which King Francis I had brought himself to our region, to plant in his mother’s castle… to this day, this grape variety is only made by 20 producers in the whole world!

Day 2: Chenonceau

Visit this incredible castle standing on water and its beautiful gardens! Diane de Poitiers and Catherine de Medicis fully expose their rivalry here, the ballroom is the main highlight of the trip!

Wander in this International Garden Festival, and admire this castle from the 1470s!

Goat farm visit and cheese tasting ! The cheese is paired with local wines around a picnic for a very unique experience.
