Return to Alexia’s home kitchen in her Bohemian chic apartment in a leafy and peaceful residential neighborhood of Annecy with a view of the mountains. During your cooking demonstration, watch as Alexia prepares a modern, globally influenced French meal – dishes such as local ricotta cheese with herbs or a beet spread on organic sourdough, salad (Alexia style) and farm-raised chicken with Thai flavored vegetables and rice – that you will share together at the dining table over wine.
