This activity will help you find a deeper form of relaxation. The exercises are based on Hatha Yoga, with various elements of other styles incorporated, like Yin Yoga and Flow Yoga. In order to release tension and find balance, we will vary in duration of different poses. The lesson is characterized by a gentle approach and therefore widely accessible.

Wishing to deepen my knowledge and experience in the world of holistic practices, I also studied Angelic Reiki Healing and Spineworks and to this day, I am attending numerous seminars and workshops. For me, practicing Yoga is more than just performing asanas on the mat. It means to live life in simplicity with compassion and an open heart, something I try to share in every yoga session. For our sessions you will need to have with you a towel and a good mood (yoga mats will be provided). A morning and an evening session are offered.
