I've been working for a food magazine long time, so I have much information about food and drink. It's mean I can offer you much variety of that and advise you which SAKE suits your taste, what food suits for each type of it. Finally, you'll find your own special combination! As a chef and nutritionist who used to run a French restaurant serving home-style cuisine on Yakushima, a World Heritage Site, I also have a focus on healthy Japanese cuisine. I will demonstrate cooking techniques that you can replicate at home when you return to Kyoto. You will learn about culture and history using ingredients unique to Kyoto.
