Join us at a Friday evening concert featuring the gems of centuries of organ music played by excellent Hungarian artists Miklós Teleki or Tamás Lozsányi. Varied solo organ or chamber music concerts are offered in the series depending on the date of your visit. Old Hungarian organ music and pieces composed by Bach, Dubois, Franck, Handel, Liszt, Mozart, Purcell or Vivaldi have all been selected to provide visitors with quality entertainment and lasting experience. We will explain the history of kintsugi and lacquer for about an hour, and then you will have the opportunity to powder gold (23K gold) which is the final step in traditional kintsugi. Basically, lacquer is used for this workshop and gold is sprinkled on it. Therefore, after the trial, we will hand over the powdered plate at least 5-7 days later, or we will ship to your home for an additional fee. If you are in a hurry and would like to take home the kintsugi plate on the same day, please inform us(even using substitution paint it requires at least 1 days to be harden or cured). After taking this work shop you will know about traditional kintsugi and what is lacquer.
