It is a cooking course where guests will be an active part of the course. Not a demonstration course but guests will literally get their hands on it! You learn simple recipes of our tradition, which can be easily recreated at home. The course takes place on my farm where I produce saffron oil, vegetables and raise chickens: the ingredients we will use are all very fresh, many of which are our own production. If time permits, we will take the course outdoors with a view of vineyards and olive trees and then eat what we have prepared in the open air, otherwise we will work in our barn. The farm stands on top of a hill in an oasis of peace and tranquility away from noise, cars and pollution. On request we can make a vegetarian menu.

Experience the fusion of adrenaline and nature as you spend three hours on Colorado’s most unique zip-line tour. The zip-line's design highlights the geologic features found only in Seven Falls. Feel the wind in your hair as you ride the Woods course which features 5 zip-lines ranging from 250 to 1500 feet. All guests must weigh between 90 and 250 pounds, fully clothed. This is a strict limit for everyone's safety.

An invitation to an artistic time travel discovering the secrets of wood carving. The woodcarving workshop takes place in the gallery of Michael Arvanitis where he exhibits his works. The gallery is a traditional cave building in the picturesque village of Megalochori. In this class, Michalis Arvanitis will help you become familiar with how tools are used to give shape and form to wood and he will teach you how to carve.

Spend an afternoon reconnecting with Mother Nature through fun games designed to awake enthusiasm, focus attention and create conditions conducive to deeper insights. We will get our hands dirty playing in the earth, exploring creeks while looking for salamanders, tasting nature's foods and soaking up the fresh air and sounds of the woods. The Commandant's Dinner is a fun evening which explores Norfolk's rich and colourful history. It includes a 3 course dinner and entertainment.

The Pizza and Gelato lesson is a group lesson where you will learn how to make traditional Neapolitan pizza using a wood-fire oven, gelato, and sorbet. The Chef will guide you through three dishes: appetizer, main course, and dessert. After the lesson, you will enjoy the meal along with a Tuscany Wine in our wine cellar.

Our coaches will assess your ability and show you how to improve, whether it's catching more waves, perfecting your bottom turn or faster cutbacks.From theory in the classroom to practice of the beach, our surfing syllabus covers everything you need to make the most of your surf sessions and get you stoked. In a set of 2hours each course period of theory, practice and practical for beginner or review lesson.

With the help of the third generation of Prodan family members, you will discover behind the scenes of the fascinating truffle world and this precious ingredient as one of the most expensive food in the world . Accompanied by the truffle dogs, first we will go to look for truffles which we will need to cook a delicious truffle meal. After variety of truffle starters, ladies from the family will show you how to make the best traditional scrambled eggs with freshly found truffles. You will be able to see all the ingredients and preparation from start to finish, by finding out little secrets of creating this memorable dish. Every single meal will have truffles, even the salad! You will discover the traditional truffle dishes of Istria prepared with the freshest ingredients, all while learning about truffle history and observing breathtaking views on the old town of Buzet. All meals can be adapted to vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan, and gluten free diets, with prior notice.

The moose is the biggest mammal living in the Norwegian woods, but despite their size they can be difficult to spot. Together with our experienced guides – who know the area and of course the moose very well – your chances of seeing moose increases. During the safari, the guide will share knowledge about the moose (and how to find them!), other wildlife and natures impact on local culture. This experience is accessible for everyone no matter physical shape.

Lower Austria is the cradle of Austrian viticulture, so we want to take you to the beautiful forests & vineyards of the Thermal Region, just south of Vienna. Home to traditionally quaint wine villages and some unique local varietals, we showcase the finest in farm-to-table Austrian wine tours. In summer, we'll hike through these foothills to the alps along forested trails, as well as through lush green vineyards on their southern facing slopes. We'll stop en route to appreciate some beautifully expansive views over the forest canopy & the Vienna basin over to Hungary & Slovakia, before reaching one of Austria's oldest wine villages for lunch and a winery visit. In the winter time, instead of the hike, we visit two wineries to focus our attention more on the history of Thermal Region wine making, and on meeting a local vintner to learn about modern day wine production – all with glasses of the best the region has to offer in our hands, of course!

This walking tour takes you on a colorful journey through the lanes and bylanes of Mandi Mohalla in Mysore. We start with the highly animated Devaraja Market, which throbs day in and day out with its fruits, vegetables, and flower sections. We then walk along the Sayyaji Rao road for half an hour, where we come to Arun Fine Arts, where we watch the artisans working on wood inlay work. We then walk through the vibrant local markets, which showcase clothes, bangles, shoes, bags, perfumes, dry fruits, gift shops, jewelry, tea shops, restaurants, etc. We also pass by GM Gemstones, which is an exclusive shop for precious and semi-precious stones, where we can learn a lot from the owner. We end the tour with a visit to St. Philomena's Church, which is prominent on the skyline of Mysore. No other bazar walk in Mysore brings these components together. Experience it for yourself! Of course, the person who walks the talk would be passionate and well-versed about Mysore and its history.

The day begins at the magnificent Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve with a walk among trees that soar 300 feet in the sky. This is an unparalleled chance to experience trees that have been around for 1500 years. We purposefully choose NOT to go to the more known Muir Woods, which is overrun with crowds and prevents our guests from fully enjoying the majesty of the Redwoods. Instead, we go to Armstrong Woods, which has older and taller trees, and far less crowds. We then move on to Kendall-Jackson winery and culinary garden where the farm-to-table culinary movement is in full bloom as we tour through the gardens that are the source of vegetables for California’s most prestigious restaurants. Once we’ve seen the incredible offering of the culinary garden, Kendall Jackson’s award-winning chefs will prepare a five-course lunch paired with some of the winery's finest offerings. The menu changes with the seasons depending on the freshest offerings from the garden.

Created in 1890, this restaurant full of history was taken over by Alain Ducasse in 2002 and offers with talent and creativity a modern Lyonnaise cuisine. In just a few decades, this Parisian bistro has become one of the emblematic places of Paris. The chef succeeds in reinterpreting the cuisine from Lyon by adding a contemporary twist to it. The cuisine becomes lighter, more accessible and full of flavors, in a festive, convivial and traditional atmosphere typical of the “bouchons”.
