Lunch at Olio Bello, where you will also have a taste of their delicious olive oils and olive-based products. You will have a local wine expert and guide from Alicante who will provide information about Alicante and Spain while we travel to the winery. Upon arrival explore the beautiful surroundings of the family run vineyard with your local guide. If you are visiting in harvest season, you might even get to try some grapes! In fact, those who present wine to the visitor are always either one of us 2 brothers (partners and producers) or a person who works directly in the company in order to give a truly important experience to those who come to visit us. It is also a "slow-drink" tasting, that is to say, a tasting in which the person will calmly enjoy a beautiful panorama of pure Tuscany in front of our vineyards on our panoramic terrace without haste.

We are located on Lake Garda in the southern area, which includes the wine areas of Lugana and Valtenesi, highly suited to the production of excellent quality wines, known throughout the world. This family farm has been working the land and producing wine since 1970: from grandparents to parents, up to their children, important knowledge has been handed down to take care of the environment and the vineyards, sustainable production methods. During the visit of the vineyards and to the cellar, you will learn our approach to the natural way of making wine, from the land to the bottle. In the glasses of wine for tasting, you will be able to discover all the passion, the method and the experience that has led to the production of these quality wines.

Enjoy one of the most classic wine tasting of our tradition: wine and cheeses! You'll taste the most unique combinations of our organic Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT wines with cheeses, jams and balsamic vinegar from our farm and local producers. The tasting menu can obviously be modified to satisfy our guests' dietary needs/allergies/intolerance (es. lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian..). In the case of bad weather or it's too cold or hot to stay outside, the tasting will be done inside the tasting room. If you have any special requests do not hesitate to contact us! Thanks to a perfect combination between a mild climate and a diversified terrain, our region is capable to offer a wide range of excellent wines. From the DOC white wine produced in the area of Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Cisternino to the Primitivo di Manduria, a full-bodied red wine, from the Negroamaro produced in the south of Apulia area called Salento to the Nero di Troia, typical of the northern part of the region, you have an embarrassment of riches in tasting all them!

You will get to know an exclusive reservation only tasting venue to try a selection of fortified Portuguese wines. @eat_porto The wines are handpicked and include a white Port 10 years, Ruby port, a tawny port 10 years, a Moscatel from Setubal and a Madeira wine and a surprise tasting at the end. People do not realize that apart from the port wines there are many fortified wines in Portugal that are worth trying and we will help you discover the best fortified wines in Portugal and educate your taste buds accordingly. With the fortified wines we will also provide some Portuguese sweet pastries to accompany the tasting. (it is a snack, do not expect a full meal). Visit a Prosciutto di Parma factory to discover how the noble Parma ham is made and aged, at the end of the Visit enjoy the tasting of Parma ham accompanied by homemade bread and wine from the Parma Hills.

I would suggest and book this activity because of its uniqueness. Here you will have opportunity to see all steps of the wine making, from the vineyard itself, to the cantinas with its vats where maceration happens, and the over 200 years old historic cantina, with its big and small oak barrels that age the red wines. Finally, our guests will taste and and enjoy the beautiful tasting room overlooking the amphitheater winery. This is not a common event, where vineyard and cantina operate together.

Private wine tasting organic and natural wines.The Domaine Paterianakis run by women, is the first winery in Crete that produces certified organic wines. Also in the private wine tasting you can have a meeting with the wine maker.
