Wine Experience

Take part in this experience and discover our farmhouse and our winery. We will start by visiting our Moscato di Trani vineyard a few steps from the property. We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. We will accompany everything with a taste of our products homemade. We are waiting for you in our farmhouse, we are waiting for you at Trulli il Castagno!

We’re proud of our work and happy to show it off at Between The Lines Winery & Vineyard. Follow the journey from Grape to Glass in a safe & refreshing experience. We'll tell you all about the history of Between the Lines Winery, you'll get a crash course on the vine itself & learn what it takes to grow the grapes from dormancy to harvest. Next, you'll head to the cellar where you'll learn about our winemaking process from fruit selection to fermentation. This experience is approximately 45 minutes and four wine tastings are included. Between the Lines Winery does not provide transportation. Arrive at the winery at your reservation start time.

A welcome aperitif opens the door of our home and presents its history. You will meet passion for wines and cheeses in the cozy atmosphere of a typical Mallorcan store called "colmado". Appreciate this narrative journey through the vineyards of Mallorca enjoying at each step aromas, flavors, and textures that the master craftsmen of our land offer us. Wine, cheese and sobrasada tasting with its own identity achieved over time, with experience and with good work. The Cesani family and our staff are pleased to welcome you to Pancole, just 5km from the historic center of San Gimignano, where you will have the opportunity to sit down and taste the company's products presented with competence and passion, and thus have the opportunity to know the history, the production process and the organoleptic characteristics of all the products that the Cesani family offers. The tasting includes 5 wines of our production (2 Vernaccia di San Gimignano, 3 Red Wines) and our extra-virgin olive oil. The type of wines offered may vary according to availability. A taste of pecorino and other traditional goodies will accompany the wine presented. The guided tour of the modern and rational company cellar will allow you to discover that tradition and technology are an inseparable combination for the production of great wines from organic grapes. Simplicity and professionalism are fundamental characteristics for obtaining products of the highest quality.

Prosecco Origins will take you back in time to the XIV century to discover the history of world’s favourite sparkling wine, exploring the pieces of land where it all began. Our family has grown vineyards for decades, and it all started with my grandfather, who gave me the knowledge and love for this land. Later, I studied agronomic engineering and, together with my brother, an enologist, we continued the legacy, expanding our estate to 20 hectares of vineyards. In this experience, you will travel through the vineyards and grapes, discovering the secrets of viticulture and the history of our grapes. I will explain the production process, from the field to the cellar, sharing curiosities about the varieties and the sustainable practices we use. The Amarone 2005 tasting is an interesting experience because it allows you to taste an old vintage of Amarone to compare with the current sales vintage. In addition to the amarone you will wine Sin Cero a wine without added sulphites, our valpolicella classico (Iperico), our valpolicella classico superiore (iltabarro), our valpolicella classico superiore ripasso and the Morar Amarone DOC 2010 Bio. The whole cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard is managed biodynamically. It will be explained what it means and why it is important to have a respectful attitude of the vineyards and the environment.

A winery that cames from the nature and gastronomy. Nature because of the land where it is surrounded, this way the winery name that means “nature” in basque dialect. And gastronomy because we started our project in a Restaurant in the basque country called Zaldiarán where the new concept of basque gastronomy was created. This way we are focus on wines with good pairings and the respect of nature around us.

The Mona and Wine Experience offers the perfect combination of art, wine, and local produce. This tour takes us in two of the most charismatic and respected winemakers in Bosnia&Herzegovina, both based in the picturesque wine country of Mostar. Emporia winery in its sensational wine tasting cellars, which are based in the picturesque southern Mostar Valley , and their exceptional use of indigenous grapes as well as international varieties is a wonderful journey of discovery. Much smaller in production, but far more experimental with his unique organic wines made exclusively from indigenous grapes from Herzegovina, Josip Brkić candlelit tasting experience in his family wine cellar could not be more intimate. Add to that a selection of his excellent flavoured olive oils, and here is the perfect introduction to the fruits of Herzegovina, expertly handled.  We have carefully created this tour to showcase the incredible beauty of the Mostar area and to introduce you to the best products that the Herzegovina has to offer.

This experience accompanies you from the bay of Levanto to the discovery of its splendid valley. Our journey will start by discovering the terraced hills of the Vallata di Levanto Cooperative with the typical crops of olive trees and vines. We will smell its scents and appreciate its colors and then continue the journey back in time towards the villages of the valley. Glimpses of Lavaggiorosso and an exploration of the village of Lizza will then take us to the top of Monte delle Streghe. From the ridge steeped in legends we will descend towards the Convent and church of Ss. Annunziata to then conclude our sensory journey with a stop at the S. Anna vineyard with a tasting of three DOC wines from the Vallata di Levanto Cooperative and typical products such as olives, pesto, focaccia. A trek for the five senses! The route is 60% on a path or dirt road and the remainder on asphalt, it is 7km long and covers a height difference of 400m.
