We stay in water that participants can stand in or is less than 10m away from the shoreline but participants do need to be able to swim. But the night doesn't end with the dip. As we return to the sands, a fire pit awaits, casting its warm glow over the beach. It's here that we'll settle down, sipping on a comforting hot drink and sharing stories of the sea, of the land, and of the people who've called it home.

We will head southwest following the coastline, full of natural caves, small bays, natural pools and long distance virgin beaches surrounded by the crystal clear waters and the roaring sound of the waves. After a well-deserved bath in the Atlantic Ocean, a picnic and a break, we will face the last slope to Degollada de Pecenescal, where we will reach an altitude of 250 m above sea level. Up to the mountains, we will see plenty of old stone houses and corrals that indicate a past of agricultural and livestock activity in the area.
