Meet your expert guide at 11:15 am at Reims or Epernay train station to begin your Champagne adventure. Drive along Epernay’s iconic Avenue de Champagne, famous for its historic estates. Then, savor a French lunch paired with select Champagnes at a local estate (please mention dietary restrictions upon booking). Visit a family-owned Champagne house for an exclusive look at their winemaking process. Return to Reims by 5:30 pm after a day filled with scenic views, culture, and Champagne tastings. Perfect for wine lovers and those seeking an authentic Champagne experience.

Be welcomed at 4:00pm in Mareuil-sur-Ay at a typical Champagne House in the middle of Champagne vineyards (Le Clos Corbier). During the visit to the cellars dug in the 1850’s, you will start with the discovery of a traditional press and learn all about the secrets of the champagne making process. Take a seat and enjoy your tasting class with a champagne quiz then train your nose to identify the different aromas and flavors that can be found in Champagne through an olfactory workshop. Get competitive as you blindly identify 3 different Champagnes from the family including one Grand Cru Vintage. You will enjoy some local sweet treats and finger food paired with your champagnes ! (It can be adapted to allergies or specific diets) Your Champagne experience ends around 5:30pm.

After a brief warm-up to get comfortable with your e-bike, you’ll be set for an unforgettable adventure through the vineyards. Pedal through the picturesque landscapes of Montagne de Reims, its vineyards and villages. Cycle back to Le Clos Corbier down the Marne canal. Visit the cellars and taste different champagnes from the family domaine. You will discover and learn about the champagne making process. After this memorable afternoon, your guide will drop you off at Le Clos Corbier at 06:15PM or in Reims at 07:00PM. Cava & Chocolate – the perfect combination for your senses and a tradition here in Catalonia! Join us on this exclusive Cava & Chocolate experience in the picturesque town of Sant Sadurni – just 40 minutes away from Barcelona in the middle of the wine country of Penedés. We will visit a small traditional, family run Cava winery and learn about the production of this special sparkling wine that is so inherent to the region. After the tour on their premises we will sit down in the beautiful courtyard and taste several organic, premium Cava´s. Afterwards it is possible to have a delicious four course lunch menu in the best restaurant in the center of Sant Sadurni. In the afternoon we will visit the local chocolate factory and learn more about their 140 years of skills in making fine chocolates.
