We will present the peculiar characteristics and history of Apulian viticulture in the Itria Valley. At the end we will taste 4 of our wines and we will tell you their story and how they were born: – "Terra Viva", still red wine of Nero di Troia, IGP Puglia 13% vol .; – "Pietra Viva", still white wine from Verdeca, IGP Valle d'Itria 12% vol .; – "1 ° Luglio", still rosé wine from Nero di Troia grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol .; – "Pietro 60", still dry white wine from Moscato di Trani grapes, IGP Puglia 12.5% vol. We will accompany everything with a taste of our products homemade. We are waiting for you in our farmhouse, we are waiting for you at Trulli il Castagno!

Our Old Frascati Farmhouse & tasting room embodies the atmosphere of the frascette with local snacks and wines in the middle of a Roman vineyard. You'll be met at the vineyard with snacks and a house wine ready to start the tour immediately. First, you'll have a walking tour of the vines to see stunning views of the Roman countryside. At the farmhouse, you will try 3 amazing local wines from the winery next door along with local snacks and salumi. At the end, you'll also have coffee and a local liquor to finish your tasting. The location of our farmhouse makes it accessible directly from the train station without the need for other transportation. Because we are reachable by train (and a 5-minute walk) it's the most sustainable wine tour in the area. On Sundays it will be necessary to come by car as there is a very limited train schedule on this day.

In fact, you can taste your wine while sitting among the vines that yield the fruits for divine nectar.

Experience an evening of wine and food in a winery located in Alghero, north-western Sardinia. Dinner served during the experience will include a typical Sardinian menu based on local produce and the local garden, available according to seasonality: hors d'oeuvres based on cured meats and cheeses, olives, vegetables in oil, caramelized onions, omelets, savory pies, bruschetta with tomatoes from the garden; a first course (based on availability) may be ricotta ravioli, homemade pasta such as tagliatelle, malloreddus or fregola with tomato sauce or lamb ragu, campidanese sauce, vegetable ragout or sheep stew sauce; a second course (depending on availability) could be porcetto, lamb, sheep, wild boar, mixed grill or pane zicchi; among the typical local desserts you can find one of the following such as seadas, fig and apple tart, fruit tart or Papassini; water, a liter of wine for every 4 people, coffee and liquor.

The experience includes the tasting of 4 wines, the first is a classic method sparkling wine from Lugana, the second is a blend produced with Trebbiano di Lugana and Sauvignon blanc grapes, followed by the traditional Lugana doc and finally a red that grows in these clayey soils, Garda Merlot doc; all accompanied by cold cuts, bread, an omelette and Grana Padano. There will be a visit to a vineyard to be able to touch our grapes and finally a visit to the cellar where the vinification takes place.
