Village Puente

We start from Seville, to the Sierra de Grazalema Natural Park in the province of Cádiz, where one of the most rainy places in the entire Iberian Peninsula is concentrated. Our first destination will be Zahara de la Sierra; In this beautiful white town we will have a short space of time to walk through its streets, and admire the nearby towns of the Sierra We continue towards Setenil de las Bodegas, where we will admire its houses carved into the rock, enjoy its wines and appreciate its rich gastronomy . Our last destination is the majestic Ronda, of Celtic origin and also considered one of the oldest cities in the West. We will walk on foot the most emblematic places; the Alameda del Tajo, the Plaza de Toros, and the Puente Nuevo. We will also have enough time to continue seeing its monuments, its commercial area, and choose the most suitable place to enjoy a pleasant lunch in the many bars and restaurants it offers us.

Departing from Bilbao, we will go to the famous Hanging Bridge of Getxo (without crossing it). We will continue to the imposing Butron Castle and then we will reach a viewpoint from where we will enjoy a panoramic view of San Juan de Gaztelugatxe, one of the locations where Game of Thrones was filmed. We will visit the fishing village of Bermeo and finally, the last stop of the tour will be Gernika where we will learn about its tragic history and visit the its Assembly Hall.

This tour shows the essence of Andalusia, the whitewashed villages and the capital of Romanticism, Ronda. The oldest bullfight arena and a knight museum are the highlights of the city together with the "new" bridge, that links both sides of the city. During the 19th century the region of Bilbao experiences a huge industralisation development that led to two very different social classes: working class and bankers. Each one laid on river Ibaizabal's West and East banks, and both areas developed their own way.
