Prasat Preah Vihear is located in Svay Chhrum Village, Kantuot Commune, Choam Ksan District in Preah Vihear Province. The temple is north of Siem Reap Province, requiring an early morning departure by private car, along the highway for 130 kms to reach our destination. The temple is 140 km from Angkor Wat temple and 625 km from Phnom Penh. Then you are going to visit Koh Ker temple that built in 10th-century by Jayavarman IV in the north Cambodian jungle. This temple is a remote archaeological site in northern Cambodia about 120 kilometres (75 mi) away from Siem Reap and the ancient site of Angkor and it take time about two and half hours away from Siem Reap, and basic visitors' facilities are now being built. Koh Ker Group located in the province of Preah Vihear, it was briefly the capital of the Khmer empire between 928 and 944 under king Jayavarman IV and his son Hasavaraman Beng Mealea Temple (its name means "lotus pond") located at the foot of Kulen Mountain. It was built as Hinduist temple, but there are some carvings depicting Buddhist motifs.
