The master ice cream maker Giordy Babbo hopes to be able to convey to all of you his deep passion for what is food in general, but above all for artisan ice cream. After a warm welcome and a short presentation, we will start with an explanation of what the world of ice cream is; after which we will begin to produce two flavors of ice cream together on our common table. The tastes will be gradually decided according to the seasonality of the available products, something we have always cared about for a long time, since it is important to use natural and fresh products, at Km 0. After preparation, there will be the most awaited part: the tasting of the ice cream as soon as product. The course will last about 2 hours, including a coffee break of about 15 minutes. At the end of the course, the Academy's certificate and apron will be issued to take us back home with you. A short recipe book will allow you to reproduce what you have seen, with the help of a small ice cream maker.

Making the typical Apulian pasta together, dipping your hands in the flour, relaxing in the open air will allow you to get to know each other. I will reveal a lot of information about my land and its ancient culinary traditions. I learned to make pasta with my grandmother and I happily remember the many Sunday lunches with the whole family together. The orecchiette prepared at dawn were inevitable. I will try to restore the same magic to you and we will be immersed in an ancient Apulian countryside, which is now my home. After making the pasta we will all eat together directly in the earth, surrounded by nature. I have two dogs, 5 chickens, a cat, two children and a husband. It will be a pleasure to welcome you to our small farm. We have a varied and rich vegetable garden, cared for with love which will be at your disposal to collect vegetables and perfumes from the earth.

I will explain the various uses of each ingredient to create more dishes and the different seasonal variations. If you prefer to find the ingredients on site, you just have to choose a menu to cook and I will take care of everything. I will welcome you into my home for a unique experience during which you will savor the aromas and flavors of authentic Sicily If you would like to learn how to cook a particular dish, I am ready to accommodate your requests. Mine is a typically Sicilian and generally Italian cuisine, with local and top quality products, the result of your experience will be in the dish that you have cooked yourself. Wine tourism lovers will enjoy going to the famous countryside town of São Roque on a full-day wine tour experiencing a fabulous day out. With first-rate gastronomy and wine production, the city is a reference known as the Land of Wine. Learn about the winemaking process of vineyards visiting popular wineries, and savor a fantastic lunch at the largest winery in town. (not included). Begin with an informative sightseeing through São Roque that has a beautiful landscape. Then visit four wineries getting to know about the art of wine, local history and current trends. In each of them, make a tasting of their different types of wines, accompanying them with some typical products, such as cheeses and sweets. You'll even try the famous cachaça! After having such a delightful day, finish off with a presentation and guided tour through the production part of the winery and taste of four fine wines. Buy all kinds of homemade products such as wines, cheeses, sausages, cookies and jams.

Our Aerial Adventure Park is a 4-level obstacle course combining agility and balance games that are accessible for ages 3 yrs +. The aerial courses are available on several levels of difficulty that offer fun and challenges for both children and adults. Among the obstacles, you will find a Tarzan rope, a monkey bridge, a few zip lines and various suspended walkways. Participants are attached to a steel cable on a continuous lifeline throughout the course for added safety and to provide some support when needed.

During your stay in Nepal, you can take cooking course and learn to make different nepali dishes and cusinies. You can enhance your cooking skills with the help of our family. In our cooking courses, we will teach you to cook popular nepali dish nepali dal bhaat. Dal bhaat consists of a rice and various different side dishes like curry (meat / vegetable), pickle, yoghurt, salad and chutney. We also teach you how to make one of Nepal's popular food dish called 'momo'. Momos are Nepalese version of Tibetan dumplings and usually contain steamed vegetables or meat. Momos are usually accompanied by one or two dips, often with a tomato base or fermented vegetables. Condiments in Nepal are sometimes quite spicy and often contain raw chili and garlic. There are some interesting varieties of momos filled with cheese (paneer) or potato but for the most flavorsome momos, the traditional meat and vegetable varieties are a must eat.
