To know its characteristics and curiosities, and above all, how we can combine our oils with unexpected flavors. Not just bread! Guests are invited to take an exclusive tour of an olive mill dated 1962 and owned by host Marco, who is going to explain how the local olives are pressed to produce three types of olive oil. The tour is going to be followed by a degustation, in which smell and taste are the primary senses called upon to provide answers about the quality of the product. You will be guided on a tasting of three types of extra virgin olive oil and learn how to recognize its scent, taste, and other characteristics. And it was a surprise to appreciate unusual gastronomic combinations.

To do a truffle hunt is a unique experience for blending good food, traditions and contact with locals. It will start in the morning at a farm. From there together with a truffle hunter we will enjoy a walk in a wood with trained dog hunting the so called black diamond of Umbria, truffle. After the truffle hunt you will have a tasting with truffle, extra virgin olive oil and other umbrian products.

The Cascata delle Marmore, with a total height of 165m divided into 3 sections, is the highest in Europe. It pours into the valley formed by the river Nera, an environment extraordinarily rich in cultural, historical and naturalistic heritage. The botanical guides of the park will take you along the ring of the nymph and the meeting of the waters paths, telling you the legend about the origin of the Marmore Falls and providing notions about the most characteristic and curious flora that will fascinate even children. You will then have some free time to walk through the paths of the falls, relax at one of the many lookouts, refresh yourself at the snack bar, buy some souvenirs and take lots of pictures and selfies to always treasure the extraordinary beauty of this place.
