After leaving southern Tenerife, make your way through the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Teide National Park where otherworldly volcanic sights abound. Pass through Vilaflor, one of Spain’s highest villages, stop for photos at the island’s famous dragon tree over 3000 years old in Icod De Los Viños and then enjoy plenty of free time to explore Garachico the original port of Tenerife which was devastated by the last volcano eruption and Masca the village on a cliff the gorgeous Canarian village tucked into the hills. With much much more to see and discover with this trip you will not be disappointed. You will have time for lunch in a recommended restaurant or take your own lunch which there are many places to sit and eat. November to May can be a little cold in the mountains. La Gomera is one of the geologically younger westward Canary Islands. It is an enchanted place where time seems to have stopped. The island features an intricate maze of valleys, gullies and canyons surrounded by basaltic rock formations. La Gomera is home to a unique example of Atlantic cloud forest, called laurisilva. It is a primordial forest with 30-metre-tall trees, evergreens, ferns and mosses. The laurisilva is an ancient, mystical forest capable of inspiring a sense of deep bond with nature and the world that once was.

Together we’ll explore the most beautiful valleys of Gran Canaria, we start our journey along the east coast untill we reach Arucas where we visit the unique “Neo-gothic” church of Saint John. Climbing up through the center of the island with magnificent views of the north and Las Palmas. Once in Teror, the pilgrimage village, we find the typical architecture of the island: Canarian balconies and the basilica. Hidden away, we discover the green core of the island, deep valleys and stunning mountain views including the majestic Roque Nublo and Teide. Once over the peak, we carry on past the almond trees of Ayacata and continue passing by the villages of San Bartolomé Fataga. Finally, we visit an Aloe Vera plantation where you can try on your own skin its magnificent properties

Learn and have fun participating in a “Mojo Pícon and Canarian Potatoes” workshop. This sauce is typical to the Canary Islands and can be red or green; made using coriander, parsley or pumpkin. Our chef will guide you through the steps so that you can achieve the best flavour when making one of the seven gastronomic marvels of Spain. Mojo workshop with a wine tasting: Enjoy freshly baked bread with a selection of spreads (Watercress butter, spiced goats cheese and chorizo perro), thinly sliced cheese on toasted bread and wrinkled potatoes with mojo accompanied with three glasses of our young wines. Includes a guided tour of the winery at the tour times of: 11.00h, 13:00h

The natural areas of La Gomera are the very essence of the island. Discover endless trails, breathtaking viewpoints and charming hamlets in a privileged natural setting. La Gomera is full of charming places: picturesque hamlets among ravines in the middle of nature, villages with traditional and rural architecture and historic buildings of great importance due to their Columbian past. A fantastic Canarian menu is included in the price and you will be lucky enough to listen to the live silbo canario. The silbo gomero is a whistled language practised by some inhabitants of the Canary Islands to communicate across ravines. The silbo transforms the vocalised sounds of any natural human language into tonal whistles recognisable from a distance.

Our day begins in the Port of Los Cristianos, taking a ferry to La Gomera. Once here we will enter the Hermigua Valley to enjoy its incredible landscapes. In the municipality of Agulo we will have lunch in a typical restaurant with local products. If possible, we will see a demonstration of the Gomero whistle, a unique language recognized by UNESCO. We will explore the Garajonay National Park, a laurel forest reserve also a World Heritage Site. In Laguna Grande we will learn everything about this magical place. We will make a stop at Roque de Agando before arriving at San Sebastián, the capital of the island. Here we will discover the last traces of Columbus on the island. Finally we will take the ferry back to Tenerife. IMPORTANT! Mandatory identity documentation. The Botanical Garden & Ethnographic Park Pirámides de Güímar, nominated for the 2017 European Museum of the Year Award, is a large open-air museum that gathers several open-air routes and specialized gardens around six pyramidal structures oriented towards the sun on key astronomical dates. The facilities of the Ethnographic Park, which covers more than 64,000m2, include the Casa Chacona Museum, the Auditorium and four outdoor routes (the Botanical Route, the Exportations Route, the Cultural Route and the Volcanic Route). Discover also the the Sustainable Garden, an attractive space that reproduces throughout 1,000m2 a typical Canarian ravine, with flowing water and the characteristic plant species found in these environments. Also, specimens of the European eel have been introduced, since it is the only freshwater fish present in the islands. Various ethnographic exhibitions, large gardens, pic nic areas, children playground, cafeteria and shop complement the services.

Experience a fantastic 3-hours adventure riding a comfortable Electric Bike City or E-Bike Trekking : useful also for people who are not trained. To start the guided tour we will visit the Dunes of Maspalomas and the Maspalomas Parque Sur. After We will cross a wonderful green Valley adorned with palm trees, plants, cactus and typical canary flowers in an incredible itinerary immersed in nature. Once you reach the top of the mountain of Ayagaures, you will have the opportunity to pause for 10 minutes where you can taste a soft drink made of tropical fruit in a Tapas Bar built inside an old Aboriginal cave dating back to the prehispanic era. If you want, you can taste the typical Canarian Tapas for an extra cost of 15 € per person minimum 2 persons (Tapas are not available on July and August). After the 10-minute break, we will continue towards the Ayagaures dam, a large water reservoir. The return is all downhill and even more exciting. The tour is not off-road.

On this half-day tour of the south of the island, you will discover the most authentic flavours of Tenerife and its renowned wines. We will begin our tour with a visit to a banana plantation: Finca Las Margaritas. There you will know the cultivation of our star fruit, banana. We will take a tour of the farm, where we will be introduced to banana growing, gofio production and enjoy a tasting of local products. We will continue our tour, enjoying the breathtaking views along the mountain road, and arrive at the Lagar de Chasna Winery. There we will perform a wine tasting paired with a delicious selection of local appetizers, which will allow you to taste the best of Canarian gastronomy. After this gastronomic and oenological experience, we will embark on the road back.

Travel to the past and enjoy visiting to the house museum of La Casa de Los Balcones -also known as Casa Fonseca-, built in 1632. During this visit, you will be able to discover the lifestyle, uses and customs of a canarian family who lived in this house from the 20th century. The circuit begins on the first floor, where you can look at different rooms of the house, which is home to a big collection of antique objects of the owners. Between them, there are typical canarian objects and traditional tools that currently is not easy to find them. Then, you go downstairs to know how a winery works. After that, you will be able to relax on the inner courtyard surrounded by a stunning wooden balcony made with canarian tea pine.
