After scouting out quality local ingredients at a historical Florence food market, travel to a rustic farmhouse in Tuscany, surrounded by exquisite countryside. Then, prepare your feast of pasta, bruschetta and Tuscan roast pork, plus beloved desserts such as tiramisu, before savoring the creations with Tuscan wine. Up to four glasses of wine are included throughout the day as well as a cooking diploma and the recipes.

Explore the Tuscan countryside in a most delightful way… on horseback! So, while your friends go on the horse ride you can enjoy a beautiful walk around the farm, discover the art of beekeeping and honey production, learn about saffron harvesting and cultivation, know about the olive oil making process and enjoy some drinks. First we tour vineyards and cellar of an organic farm in the heart of the Chianti region, receiving an up close look at the production and ageing process of the Chianti wines and learning about the secrets of the extra virgin olive oil making. Our trip continues on to the medieval town of San Gimignano, where you will also have the chance to try the famous world champion Dondoli gelato. On our way back we stop at  Piazzale Michelangelo, in the top ten of the most romantic spots in Europe.

I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family. We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

I will pick you up in Lucca with my van, and I will drive you through the hills of Tuscany. We'll start our visit with a walk in the vineyard and we will visit the cellar where you will discover all the secrets about Tuscan wine, thanks to the explanations and the life stories of the farmers. Two very different places but united by the same passion for the Tuscan wine and the territory. At the end, you will taste the wines of the production. At the second winery, every wine will be matched with products from the garden and some specialties, like salami or pecorino cheese of Tuscany… a dip in the Tuscan table culture! Continue to Greve in Chianti the entrance to the Chianti area, its fame has always been tied to its principal Piazza Matteotti, with little shops under porticos with typical hand-crafted products. The last stop of the tour will be a winery where you will have the chance to enjoy a classic Tuscan lunch accompanied by a fantastic tasting of wines appropriately chosen according to the course
