Cooking class is done in our cleaned open air kitchen among its organic kitchen garden with a friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated instructor. Get ready for an amazing tour in the world of organic wine: you will visit one of the oldest organic winery together with a member of the Tili Family who will explain all the process to make a fantastic organic wine. Afterwards, you can taste all the farm products during a guided tasting where you will try 5 different organic wines of Assisi DOC and Umbria IGT. The wines will be paired with warm bruschette with organic extra virgin olive oil, a selection of cheeses and salami with jams, and local biscotti with sweet wine. At the end you will receive a certification of Apprentice Winemaker! We offer pick up on request for a fixed price the pick up from the city center of Assisi or Spello or the Assisi train station.

Discover scuba diving in Tenerife with a personal instructor who will show you the wonders of the aquatic world of the Canary islands. During a 2 hours boat trip, you will first do some snorkelling and then you will try scuba diving to a maximum depth of 10 meters in a quiet dive site full of marine life.

To provide the visitors of our winery with a complete experience of enjoying quality Trapan wines, we have recently decided to expand our offer to gastronomic pleasures. Wine Station, our elegantly decorated degustation hall, apart from quality wine etiquettes, now also offer top culinary specialties prepared for you by Lorena Božić and Ettore Vignandel – experienced duo whose creativity in preparing tasty meals will certainly be a pleasant surprise for all our guests. You will enjoy a guided wine tasting at our special tasting room with your friends and family and you will pair fine local wine with some snacks and delicacies prepared by our chef.

Join us on our Coffee Farm experience as we set out from the center of the city and head an hour and a half deeper into the mountains of Bogotá! We will start the day by enjoying a traditional Colombian breakfast together and then go to meet our local farmers. We will discuss what it means to be an organic coffee farm and what the daily tasks of a farmer look like. We will walk around the farm and take in the coffee plants. We’ll learn how to hand-pick coffee and process it, and then afterwards we will enjoy a delicious cup of coffee prepared in a unique way. If the weather and season permits we will even get to plant our own coffee! We wrap up the tour with local cuisine for lunch and began the trip back to the city. (Sometimes we go to other organic coffee farm also close to bogota depending of availability) Total duration: 7-8 hours.

You will try the experience of visiting our new winery in Lazise on Lake Garda, surrounded by a park, flowers and plants; you will find yourself in a natural environment and away from the chaos of the center, where you can relax and have fun with friends or in a couple.. After visiting the vineyards and the park, we will illustrate our wine production methods in the cellar.. After a 40-minute walk learning a lot, we’ll drive 5 minutes to a cooperative where grapes and olives are organically processed. Your local guide will welcome you with a cold and refreshing Poros lemonade, along with a story about the Poros lemon tree forest that goes back to the 18th century. During your hands-on cooking class, the chef will give you step-by-step instructions to perfectly prepare traditional Greek dishes like tzatziki, Greek salad, beetroot dip, fish or vegetable plaki, spanakopita and bougatsa. You’ll learn the key ingredients and spices needed to make these dishes as authentic as possible, the perfect skill to take home with you from your travels in Greece. This class takes place in the beautiful setting of a traditional Greek bistro, where you will meet the family that owns it and learn about their island life. After we chop, stir and fold, you’ll also learn how to mix a special drink called Nectar, which was inspired by the Greek gods. Finally, it’s time to eat! You’ll get to savour the fruits of your labour — and the food will taste even better because you’ve made it with your own hands!

We will guide you through the process of filling cotton in your zabuton (Japanese floor cushion). This is a uniquely Japanese method of stuffing cotton into the square fabric. Our futon craftsman will carefully show and teach you that century-old traditional secret on a tatami mat. If there is more time, we will teach you not only how to stuff the cotton, but also how to stitch the fabric together and attach tassels. You can take your finished zabuton home in a classic kimono style bag made from leftover futon fabric! You can use your zabuton on the plane on your way home. You will also see other futon craftsmen working around you, handcrafting a variety of traditional futons! These futons are made to order, not only from Japan, but from all over the world. This activity gives you a unique chance to visit and experience an organic farm in a serene untouched atmosphere of African nature. I was Born and have lived here for 15 years and quickly fell in love with its gastronomy & culture.
