Coconut oil has caused quite a buzz in the natural health community, and for good reason. Here we will make real coconut oil following the Balinese traditional process (it will take more than 1 – 1,5 hours to be done). While we wait for it, we will be massage with coconut scrub and than explore the local life to find what local do and Bali traditional house from our Village. Once the coconut oil done, you will bring it home after the session end.

Paint & Wine is a painting party that requires no prior painting experience. We bet you haven't painted since you have been in a elementary school. Don't worry, non of the participants has. By the end of the session, our hosts will unleash Picasso within you. Don't forget you are free to sip as much wine as you want for the whole night, until you make a masterpiece of your own. Experience farm to table in an incredibly personal and authentic way, led be a member of our community who is passionate about growing food, and sharing it with others. We grow over 30 types of food, and will harvest fresh produce together. We will use whatever is in season to make a delicious meal together! After harvesting, we will prepare our meal in our barns beautifully finished loft, with views of Hilo Bay and Mauna Kea.

Enjoy a private market tour and Italian cooking class with Laura is a true-blue Venetian. She was born and raised in Venice and lives in a beautiful apartment in the city center (only a 20-minute walk from the city center). The neighborhood is very local with not many tourists so you will get to experience a real Italian suburb. Laura loves to travel, watch movies, go to the market and of course, cook! She learned to cook traditional dishes from her mother and she likes to serve local dishes from Veneto. She only uses fresh and organic ingredients from the local farmers. Laura is also an expert in vegetarian food, as she was a vegetarian for 10 years (but not anymore!).

Your unique food experience takes place in Marco’s restaurant, located in a beautiful 150-year-old building that is decorated in the shabby chic style. The dining tables are handmade from old doors on the property. The warm lighting and interesting décor make for great talking points throughout the evening! The restaurant is also very close to Mount Pilatus, a major tourist attraction in Lucerne. Marco feels that travelers don’t often get the opportunity to try local food while in Switzerland, so he is excited to share his cuisine with travelers. During your two-hour, hands-on cooking class you will learn to make a few Swiss specialties with a trained pastry chef, who also loves to cook.

We will use only Extra Virgin Cretan Olive Oil, produced by my family, and totally safe ingredients.
