Three Castles

This full day trip is the best way to discover the famous area of Transylvania and it includes the most important and unique tourist attractions in Romania: Sinaia with its Peles Castle, emblem of the Romanian royalty, a highly valuable historical and artistic monument, the fascinating Bran Castle built in the 13th century, wrapped in the legend of Count Dracula and one of the most visited cities in Romania – Brasov. Enter the National Park to visit Henrhyd Falls, the tallest and most spectacular waterfall in South Wales. Proceed to the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog and enjoy a short stop at the second oldest tree in Wales, a stunning yew tree that is 3018 years old. Stop in Brecon town, where you can admire the canals—voted the prettiest in Britain. Continue to the town of Merthyr Tydfil to tour Cyfarthfa Castle, located in a picturesque park (optional activity, entry free not included). Next Marvel at Caerphilly Castle, the largest in Wales and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Take a stroll around this magnificent fortress, or relax with an ice cream in the town. End your day at Castell Coch, a fairy-tale castle nestled in the woods. Please note that the visit to the waterfalls will involve a 30 minutes walk. The path may be steep and muddy, so we recommend wearing boots and rainproof clothing.

Blackness Castle Cruise – take in views of Blackness Castle, the ship that never sails and featured in Outlander. There are also views of Limekilns village, mentioned in Robert Louis Stevenson's Kidnapped. It was from Limekilns that David Balfour and Alan Breck were carried across the Forth in a rowing boat. You will also see the Three Bridges as you have never seen them before. For your comfort relax onboard in the observation lounge or on the outside decks and listen to the guided commentary while you enjoy a drink from the bar. The Marine Wildlife, during your tour, you will find plenty of opportunities to see a wide variety of marine wildlife including seabirds, porpoises and seals.

See three Castles around Cardiff in one day. Starting with Caerphilly Castle, the largest Castle in Wales. After exploring the Castle, you will be taken to the magical Fairytale Castle, Castell Coch, nestled in the hills to the north of Cardiff, overlooking the Welsh Capital. Enjoy this tour and take the opportunity to see three towns vital for the history of Lithuania. You will explore Kernave with its Unesco-protected hill-forts; Trakai with its wonderful Island castle; and Vilnius an its Unesco-protected old town. One of the best snorkeling sites in Dahab – Three Pools – amazing 3 natural pools with sandy bottom surrounded by corals. You will go in the morning and return whenever you choose.

Starting at 9.00 am, 10.00 am or 11.00 am, 30 minutes to Blue Hole, a spectacular snorkeling destination steeped in hard corals such as the acropora, brain, and a star corals that lie south of the beautiful lagoon. Spend 3 hours snorkeling in this amazing scenery, and observing the various marine life that calls the region its home including triggerfish, jacks, unicorn fish, parrotfish, angel fish, grouper fish and surgeonfish. After 3 hours, return to the car for a 40-minute drive to another stunning location: 3 natural pools with its sandy bottom surrounded by massive corals and separated by shallow saddles. The three pools consist of three coral towers which attract much sea life. Snorkel in these fantastic waters, meeting even more sea creatures along the way, and take a break at the nearby restaurants and cafés for some food and drinks. You’ll then return to Dahab at about 17:00.

Castle Lassay is a fortress of the fifteenth century remarkable for its homogeneity and state of preservation. With its eight towers connected by a rampart, its exceptional three-storey defense artillery boulevard and drawbridges, it is a precious witness of the military architecture of the late Middle Ages. His spectacular silouette, reflected by the pond he overlooks, was immortalized by Victor Hugo. As part of the guided tours, you will discover the functioning of a military garrison of the fifteenth century. The guide will open the furnished rooms, bedroom, weapons room, kitchen with its curious granite kitchen garden and a beautiful collection of brass … At each visit, rare experience, the public is invited to manipulate the drawbridge. The castle is located in the heart of the very pretty Small City of Character of Lassay-les-Châteaux, which also deserves a visit.
