Join an unforgettable tour in our family Winery with the winemaker! We are a Winery boutique in the heart of Valpolicella and we organize activities to share our passion for Valpolicella and Amarone wines with our guests (we offer it directly, without intermediaries or tour operator). We’ll start with a walk in the vineyard, telling you the family history about the winery and the estates. You’ll learn how to dry Amarone grapes in the traditional drying room, a process called Appassimento. You'll visit our rural house and the cellar from the 17th century used for winemaking and refinement. At the conclusion, the tasting of a selection of our fine wines Valpolicella, RIPASSO and the great AMARONE, learning how to evaluate them by sight, smell and taste. You’ll also enjoy our organic EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, local cheeses called Monte Veronese and Soppressa Valpolicella (a kind of salami). We’ll be waiting for you on our amazing terrace with a stunning view of the Valpolicella!

First we tour vineyards and cellar of an organic farm in the heart of the Chianti region, receiving an up close look at the production and ageing process of the Chianti wines and learning about the secrets of the extra virgin olive oil making. This experience includes a  wine tasting and the opportunity to buy for cheap the best Tuscan wines. Our trip continues on to the medieval town of San Gimignano, where you will also have the chance to try the famous world champion Dondoli gelato. We then move on to a second winery where we enjoy an authentic  Tuscan light lunch, combined to a wine tasting class. On our way back we stop at  Piazzale Michelangelo, in the top ten of the most romantic spots in Europe.

All class are private and you can ask a different starting time, on request. You will learn to make pasta, and some fantastic Italian dishes with fun. I'm specialized in using produce that is organic, locally grown.I want to provide you an organic and sustainable experience. I provide guests the best selections of organic food and we only cook with extra virgin organic olive oil. On request I can make also gluten free class or kids cooking class.  Menu: two kind of pasta hand made, an Italian dessert siders, wines olive oil and wine tasting and farm visit. My philosophy from the beginning has been to serve whole natural foods that are minimally processed. Where ever possible we produce our items in house

This tour will give you the opportunity to visit three significant villages in Puglia on a comfortable minivan with air conditioning and a professional driver who will give you information about the history of the towns and the places to visit

The winery visit is a sensory experience and a chance to learn about the precious grape varieties that are used to make the amazing wines of the Valle D’Itria. Departure from Catania at 9.00 towards Castiglione di Sicilia, our shuttle will follow us, in case of assistance during our journey. Arrival in Castiglione, visit to the village and tasting of local products at the Etna Rosso winery. 3.00 pm departure from Castiglione and return to Catania. Possibility of returning by shuttle for those who do not want to continue cycling
