Located in Dotonbori, center of Osaka's Namba/Shinsaibashi district, this facility allows you to experience the traditional Japanese tea ceremony. A tea ceremony instructor will explain the culture and history of the tea ceremony and then make and drink tea for everyone. Children are also welcome, and caffeine-free matcha milk is provided.

Enjoy the very best afternoon tea that Edinburgh has to offer. Indulge in a selection of sandwiches, cakes, savouries and warm home baked scones with Traditional preserves and fresh whipped cream. The Tour explores all the main attractions in Edinburgh, including the historic Edinburgh Castle, Palace of Holyroodhouse, the Old Town to name a few. Duration of tour is between 70 – 90 minutes. With the help of our tea instructor, experience the authentic tea ceremony. First half of the lesson will be tea ceremony. See how tea instructor use the utensils and conduct the tea ceremony. Matcha tea and sweet will be served and learn how to drink with proper manner. Feel free to ask any questions. In the second half of the lesson, try "Bon Ryaku Temae" the simplist tea ceremony for beginners. Learn the name of the utensils in Japanese, learn how to arrange them on the tray, learn how to whisk Matcha tea.

A qualified tea master will hold a full-fledged tea ceremony in a traditional tea room. You can listen to the etiquette of the tea ceremony and how to use the utensils while enjoying the matcha that is made in front of you and the beautiful Japanese sweets. It will be a wonderful experience.

In this tea ceremony, you will understand and taste all kinds of premium tea, such as green tea, oolong, black, and fermented tea (5–6 kinds, depending on your resistance to the amount of tea). From the best season, typical terroir (all the tea is selected from real masters in China, which is even harder to get on the Chinese market), with my explanation of the historical, geographical, health-beneficial, and cultural stories. I will share important skills, such as how to brew different kinds of tea at the correct temperature and timing, with my 15 years of tea ceremony experience in Europe.
