We’ll meet at a private cooking class kitchen, prune kitchen Seattle, in a residential neighborhood. Fumiko will give the guests a hands-on Sushi making lesson including how to make Sushi rice.  After she demonstrates step by step instructions of how to create Sushi rolls, you will roll 3 Sushi rolls(Cucumber roll, Salmon roll, and a half Futo maki) and plate your Sushi rolls with your own design. You will devour your own creations. Ingredients include Fresh Tuna, fresh salmon, avocado, shrimp, cucumber, fish roe, cream cheese and Imitation crab.

Ride on Tokyo's only remaining tram! Enjoy the retro townscape by the tracks and head to the local shopping district. After a five-minute ride, it's time for a traditional Japanese sweet treat at a retro coffee shop. Sugamo is a local area famous for its Jizo-dori shopping street, which is always crowded with people of all ages. The famous Kogan-ji Temple has a statue of Kannon, the Goddess of Mercy, which is believed to wash away bad spots and bring good health.
