We begin our tour with a relaxing walk through our vineyards in the ancient “brolo” or garden of Palazzo Montanari. After our walk through the vineyards we will visit the jewel of the property, the villa of Montanari, one of the oldest villa’s in Valpolicella. In addition to the amarone you will wine Sin Cero a wine without added sulphites, our valpolicella classico (Iperico), our valpolicella classico superiore (iltabarro), our valpolicella classico superiore ripasso and the Morar Amarone DOC 2010 Bio.
The whole cellar is certified organic and in the vineyard is managed biodynamically. It will be explained what it means and why it is important to have a respectful attitude of the vineyards and the environment.
