If you are on a cruise porting in Flam, or staying in Flam this trip to the spectacular Stegastein Viewpoint is a must. This structure, which juts out 30 metres from the mountainside, 650 metres above the fjord, offers an unparalleled panorama. At the Borgund Stave Church, enjoy a photo opportunity of the exterior of this 800-year-old wooden wonder. Walk through Lærdal, a charming village with over 160 well-preserved wooden houses from the 1700s-1800s. Travel over the Snowy Road (Aurlandsfjellet), and be surrounded by an untouched landscape. Visit the Stegastein Viewpoint, with panoramic views of the UNESCO-listed Aurlandsfjord. Before you get tired of the twists and turns, admire from above where two impressive arms of the Sognefjorden meet, at the Stegastein viewpoint. The trip ends at the meeting point in Flåm, after driving down the last meandering section of the Aurlandsfjorden.

This tour to Oslo takes you through some of Norway's most beautiful scenery. Experience the dramatic Nærøyfjord, the breathtaking Flåm Railway and scenic Bergen Railway. After pick-up in Bergen we start the journey to Gudvangen and in the summer months we drive through Stalheimskleiva, the 1,5 km long road section that winds down Nærøydalen from Stalheim. Well ahead in Gudvangen we board the electric ship "Future of the fjords" to Flåm. The Nærøyfjord is surrounded by high mountains and is a beautiful sight both in summer and winter. In Flåm, the trip continues with the Flåm Railway which is one of the world's steepest railway on normal tracks. The 20 km long train journey takes 1 hour. At Myrdal station, the train changes to the Bergen Railway and the trip continues through Hardangervidda National Park to Oslo. The tour includes a private vehicle, local English speaking guide, fjord cruise, train journeys on Flåm Railway, Bergen Railway and ends at Oslo Central Station.

During the summer, the road to Stegastein Viewpoint tends to be very crowded. We will do our best to take you there, but please be aware that significant delays may occur.
