We will then move to the WHITE WINES and taste an exquisite and complex yet typical one from the DOURO region; right after this, we will dive into BAIRRADA and experience the freshness of the region; later, we will try a more mineral one from DÃO and we will finish the first part of the experience with a full-bodied from ALENTEJO. Before we dive into the RED WINES I'll serve a surprise to help with the transition. We will begin with TWO intense and full-bodied RED WINES from different regions in DOURO; after, we will try the freshness of a RED WINE from BAIRRADA and a special RED WINE from DÃO. We will finish with a RED WINE from Alentejo, which typically has a lot of structure.
