We will offer a tasting based on wild red tuna from Almadraba made with two parts of the tuna and in different cuts for raw. The dish consists of 150 gr tuna with which we prepare 1 spicy tuna tartar on a slice of lime, 1 seasoned tuna tartar on a slice of lime, tuna sashimi, a wakame salad with salmon roe and sesame with wasabi and bull sashimi. The tasting includes a glass of wine of your choice: red, white, sparkling or dry sherry.

Guided tour to a winery and relaxed Sherry and Brandy tasting straight from the barrel. Introduction to the ancient relationship of the Jerezanos to the wine while walking through the historic center to the bodega (about 15 minutes), visiting places that tell us something about that history. At the winery, we learn first hand everything about the production of Sherry and Brandy. Of course, we also take time to taste these fine wines and spirits, most of them directly in the wine cellar.
