Sensory Experience

IKONO is a unique space in Spain, a sensory experience where we want you to enjoy photography through our different spaces. In each of our rooms you will live a different sensory journey where you will live 'ikonic' experiences. The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes and is a collection of different worlds where you will come into contact with unique smells, colours and touches. The digital and the original merge in an unrepeatable place for your photos. Everybody can enjoy IKONO, the only requirement is that you make each space your own, transforming it into a unique place in the world. Being ikonic depends on you. Do you dare?

Odyssey is an a-maze-ing adventure where while trying to find your way out you will experience darker challenging spaces, quirky physical obstacles and challenges, illusions, lighting effects, scents, sound effects and strange sensations that all together provide you with a unique experience that you will never forget!  Odyssey is fun for all ages, great family entertainment and definitely a must see for all tourists. The incredible journey through Odyssey takes around 20 -30 minutes however there is no time limit to your adventure and you are free to discover Odyssey at your own pace. Odyssey is recommended for those aged 8 and over but if you would like to enquire about how suitable Odyssey is for your young ones, please feel free to get in touch!

Take home the recipes for the serves you've enjoyed and experience the incredible audio visual experience that is The Inhibitor Room. People who are photosensitive may be affected by the experience. This is an alcohol based experience, so it is for adults only. Our historic venue is very old and has a lot of stairs, so we regretfully cannot cater for wheelchair users or people who find stairs difficult. We can cater for all dietary requirements and have incredible non-alcoholic alternatives.

Fresh Bourbon is the offering the newest, most unique Bourbon Tasting currently in Kentucky. We guide our guests through a full sensory tasting with food & aroma pairing, to help them explore and understand the complexities of Bourbon. You'll get hands on training from a professional local mixologists and build your own custom Old-Fashioned. Plus, historical tips, tricks and stories from the Bourbon world and an opportunity to explore more flavors through our seasonal craft cocktail menu. Your Tasting in the Dark Experience will begin at the Hardys Tintara Cellar Door. You will meet your host at the Cellar Door where you will be guided to our Fortified Barrel Hall. This room is on the bottom level of the original winery, and maintains a constant temperature of 18 degrees Celsius, so make sure to bring a jacket in the colder months. Your host will then guide you through the wine tasting process and describe what role each of the senses play during the process. With the lights turned down, blindfolds on, and sipping from black wine glasses, you will discover what happens when you remove the sense of sight, and understand how it influences your wine tasting experience. This tasting is about enhancing your wine knowledge and gaining a deeper understanding of your palate.

You will live a fun and educational experience: we will taste 3 Italian red wines of different “body, weight or structure”! But you will not only taste, you will also learn the "tricks of the trade", such as how to recognize the weight of a wine in a simple way. We will taste 3 red wines from North to South, of different body and power, from Alto Adige (Schiava, Lagrein, Pinot Noir) to Sicily (Nero d'Avola, Nerello Mascalese)… A fun and educational tasting to learn about some of Italy's red treasures and at the same time deepen your knowledge of wine.
